Counselling
Counselling offers an opportunity to talk to a trained professional about current issues or elements of your past that may be impacting you now. I offer a confidential, non judgemental space and will be led by what you want to explore. My counselling room is a comfortable garden room away from my house.
Counselling is not just for times of crisis but is also useful for exploring areas that you may feel stuck in your life or difficult emotions or relationships that you are handling.
Some of the issues counselling might help with are

-
Abuse
-
Trauma
-
Addiction
-
Stress and Anxiety
-
Self Esteem
-
Depression
-
Divorce
-
Challenges at work or in education
-
Friendship, family or relationship issues
-
Identity
-
Loss and grief

I offer in person counselling in a dedicated counselling room in my home. Although I prefer to work in person, online sessions can be arranged as part of a blended approach or when circumstances make them necessary.

My therapy room is near Twickeham and can be easily reached by public transport or car. There is metered parking available within five minutes walk.

Clients should be aware that I have two small dogs at my home. Although they are very friendly, please let me know if you would prefer them to be kept out of the way.
